This is usually due to an error in the network connection.
When the computer boots locally, log onto the system and check whether a network has been found. You can already see this from the icon in the task bar:
Check the network cable, the port and the port on the computer.
If there is still no network connection, the cable might be plugged into the wrong port (in the Learning Centre, for example, only one port is enabled per double socket).
Switch off the computer and restart it.
If bwLehrpool still does not start, please report the error to the Service Desk.
